I loved staff and location here. The room was spotless, with a view of the cathedral.

Reasonably clean family-friendly hotel, the location and people were excellent. The room was tidy with a balcony. The restaurant was good, I ordered tasty dishes.

Everything was perfect, loved our very nice stay. The staff were all helpful, hospitable. Checkin was good.

Informative staff members were on reception desk. We had a continental breakfast with fresh fruit, cheese and croissants.

Straightforward hotel, exceptionally good views and location is ideal just off the Tower. Polite, amicable employees are on reception desk.

I would recomand this hotel, it's clean. This is a reasonably priced property with accommodating staff on reception desk.

Hotel is gorgeous and clean, has nice staff and rooms. The rooms are large with very compact shower and the overall experience is amazing.

It was very central and close to a grand marble-striped cathedral. The staff were kind and polite hole time of my stay.

Rooms were airy, everything was excellent. The location was top, just a pleasant stroll away from an elaborately adorned 14th-century tower. The service was absolutely excellent.

It was very good value for money, high-class and lovely romantic room. The staff were so hospitable, extra large bed, substantial breakfast. All the services were exceptional here.

Quiet little hotel, I loved its very central location not far from the Duomo and restaurant and the cathedral. Nice service, though a few employees were extremely rude.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

This hotel was very good value for money in comparison to other hotels. Magnificent place, extremely pleasant room, very very kind staff. A short walk to the clean beach. The continental breakfast was ABOVE AVERAGE here, appreciated it.

The property was spotlessly clean and young and the location was decent. I loved poolside bar. Enjoyable & cheap unit with balcony and the Pisa tower view plus comfortable beds...

Clean enough accommodation, extremely kind staff. Rooms are very bright and quite warm, have great sized bathroom. Very comfy location not too far from an elegant cemetery.

the staff were super nice, the room was very well kept, i loved marvelous location. the continental breakfast was tasty with plenty of items to choose from. there was an outstanding restaurant, stores and a market next door. superb views and small garden.

Facilities were modern, nonetheless wifi was slow.

Room was air-conditioned, nice breakfast, and location was fantastic! We had a tower view and heating, a mini fridge bar and a work desk. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. Also, piazza dei miracoli was situated on the doorstep.

Enjoyed it. Pleasant people working here, comprehensive breakfast. Its location is great.

The continental breakfast was good. Perfect setting in front of a bus stop. The hotel offered 5-minutes direct walk to piazza dei miracoli. Take a look at Pisa City Centre neighborhood, it's worth it: D
